Estimates skeletal maturity from hand/wrist radiograph bone maturity scores using the TW2 method

RUS: scores 13 bones (radius, ulna, and short bones of the hand). Carpal: scores 7 carpal bones. RUS is recommended for ages 2-18; Carpal is most useful for ages 1-13.
Total bone maturity score from individual bone assessments (0-1000). Score each bone according to the TW2 atlas, then sum the stage scores.
